Garden House Solicitors can offer individuals and business clients advice and assistance with civil claims arising out of Contractual disputes.

We are pleased to offer the following services:

If you are owed money we will write to the debtor and set out details of the claim and request payment within fourteen days, failing which we will commence Court Action or bankruptcy/liquidation proceedings. Often a letter from a solicitor is enough to secure payment of the debt. If not, we will be happy to assist you with a County Court Claim or application for bankruptcy/liquidation and will advise you about the possibility of mediation or arbitration.
If Court proceedings are issued by you or against you we will manage the Court case on your behalf and keep you regularly updated of any progress.
If you or your business is being sued we can advise you as to whether the claim has any merit and whether you should admit or deny it or offer any amount in settlement. If the claim is to be defended in Court we will prepare the Defence and manage the claim on your behalf.
If you have obtained a Court judgment against a debtor we can advise you on the appropriate steps to take to enforce the judgment and recover the monies owed.
