Only Solicitors and Legal Executives who meet the Law Society's strict requirements are permitted to join the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel. When a solicitor is accredited by the Law Society the Personal Injury Panel Logo will displayed on the letterheaded paper, this your guarantee of excellence.
Knowing that your representative is a member of the Personal Injury Panel is your guarantee that he/she is an expert in the area of Personal Injury Law and that his/her skills, knowledge and experience have been rigorously and independently assessed by the Law Society.
Membership of the Personal Injury Panel is reviewed every five years to ensure that the Panel Member continues to meet the stringent requirements for membership.
